The 2025 EVO Factory range represents Beta’s most refined trials bikes yet—developed alongside World Trial team riders and engineered to deliver the precision and control that many call the “Gold Standard” in trials.

What’s New for 2025

A major update comes from the new suspension package:

  • New larger-diameter front fork for a more planted, precise front end and easier adjustability
  • Upgraded aluminum-body rear shock for lighter weight and improved performance

Factory-Only Engine Upgrades

  • Magnesium crankcase (black finish) saves over 3 lbs while adding a factory look
  • Trimmed clutch discs for sharper feel and better control during repeated high-rpm moves (hops, big steps, etc.)
  • Black anodized oil filler plugs
  • Titanium exhaust
    • 250/300: more than 1.3 lbs lighter with stronger mid-to-top rpm pull
    • 125: unique internal design to boost low-rpm torque and quick acceleration

Chassis, Suspension & Component Upgrades

  • New 39mm Factory fork (1mm larger than before) increases rigidity and steering accuracy
    • single-sided spring design + dedicated damping leg for faster response and weight savings

Fit Tip

Factory models are more responsive and race-focused, so many amateur riders will feel best by stepping down one displacement—for example, a standard 300 EVO rider may prefer the overall feel and control of a 250 EVO Factory.
