The 2025 EVO Factory range is Beta’s most refined trials lineup yet—built with direct input from the World Trial team and engineered to feel closer to “perfect” than ever. The Factory models are designed to deliver top-level precision while still staying controllable and confidence-inspiring for everyday riders.

2025 Highlights

A major update for 2025 is the new suspension package, featuring a larger-diameter fork for increased front-end rigidity, improved precision, and easier adjustability. The rear shock is also upgraded with an aluminum body for lower weight and more consistent performance.

Factory-Only Engine Upgrades

  • Magnesium crankcase (black finish) for significant weight savings (over 3 lbs)

  • Trimmed clutch discs for sharper feel and better control during repeated high-rpm moves (hops, big steps, etc.)

  • Black anodized oil filler plugs

  • Titanium exhaust

    • 250/300: lighter (over 1.3 lbs saved) with stronger mid-to-top performance

    • 125: unique internal design to boost low-rpm torque and acceleration

  • New 39mm Factory fork (larger diameter) for more rigidity and quicker response

Fit Tip

Factory models are more responsive and performance-focused than standard EVO models. Many amateur riders will prefer one size smaller than their usual standard EVO displacement—for example, a standard 300 EVO rider may feel more comfortable and equally fast on a 250 EVO Factory.
