What’s New for 2025

A major performance jump comes from the updated suspension package:

  • New larger-diameter front fork for added front-end rigidity, better feel, and easier adjustability
  • Upgraded aluminum-body rear shock for lighter weight and improved consistency on big impacts

Factory-Only 4-Stroke Updates

The 4-stroke Factory model gets key upgrades over the standard EVO:

  • Higher-output ECU for stronger spark stability and cleaner combustion at all engine speeds
  • Titanium silencer matched to the new ECU for a stronger, smoother power delivery
  • Approx. 2 lbs weight savings from the titanium exhaust system

Chassis, Suspension & Component Upgrades

Factory models also stand apart with premium hardware and race-ready details:

  • New 39mm Factory fork (1mm larger than before) improves steering accuracy and front-end precision
    • single-sided spring design + dedicated damping leg for faster response and weight savings

Fit Tip

Because Factory models are sharper and more responsive, many amateur riders feel most comfortable dropping one displacement—for example, a standard 300 EVO rider may prefer the control and balance of a 250 EVO Factory.
